Electronic Digital Radiator Fan Temperature Controller

The Shadow Digital Fan Controller is an engine thermostat with a temperature sensor. It not only monitors the coolant temperature, but also allows users to set the startup temperature to keep the vehicles temperature constant and dissipate heat for the engine to maintain optimum vehicle performance.

Typically vehicle manufactures set the fan to start at 203°F～212°F. Now you can turn on your Fan earlier to reduce the chance of engine overheating and power loss.

You can quickly and easily set the fan start-up to any temperature using Our Digital controller.

The digital automotive radiator fan controller combines the water temperature, oil temperature and voltmeter. It also has the function of temperature monitoring and can set warning values to assist the driver to monitor the above vehicles information.

 In response to different terrains and road conditions, it allows the user to operate the interface to adjust the temperature to achieve peak engine performance. The control Unit includes an operation interface setting, a signal feedback setting and a drive unit.

Signal Feedback Unit: Using a high-precision temperature sensor with an error of ±1% to read and interpret the temperature faster and more precise than the competition. At the same time monitor oil temperature and battery voltage.

Operation Interface Setting Unit:  See the current water temperature value through the controller and set the fan startup temperature. When the controller starts or stops the command, the numbers flash to alert you.

Drive Unit: After receiving the signal from the control unit, the 12V (30A) DC relay will send a signal to make the fan run. When the water temperature is 30°F lower than the set temperature, the fan will stop running.

Shadow engine cooling fan controller uses adjustable resistors to make corrections according to different temperatures. As a result, engine temperature can be precisely controlled. Not only the operation interface but the product feedback can also be enhanced, so that adjustments can be made to suit the needs of the vehicle to maintain top performance.

Function

Originally designed to be used with the factory cooling fans therefore, we include an extra temperature sensor that needs to be connected to the control element of the factory vehicle fan to achieve early heat dissipation of the engine. The rate of heat dissipation will increase by almost 10%, preventing the engine from overheating and is suitable for all 12V vehicles.
